Rahul Gandhi, the leader of Congress, also extended his condolences and stressed that the nation is united behind the country’s armed forces. “The sacrifices of our soldiers are the cornerstone of the security of our nation. Our hearts go out to the martyred soldier’s family, and we owe them our unflinching gratitude,” Gandhi added.
